This page explains how users of the Polar Express mobile application can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

This page is publicly accessible and does not require login.


How to Delete Your Account #

Account deletion is performed directly inside the Polar Express app after login.

Steps #

  1. Open the Polar Express app
  2. Log in to your account
  3. Go to Profile
  4. Tap Settings
  5. Scroll down to Danger Zone and tap it
  6. Enter the email address used for your account
  7. Tap Delete Account and confirm

Once confirmed, the account is permanently closed.

What Data Is Deleted #

When you submit an account deletion request, the following eligible personal data is permanently deleted, unless retention is required by law:

Certain information must be retained for legal, regulatory, operational, accounting, customs, carrier, dispute-resolution, and fraud-prevention purposes. This includes:

These records are retained even after account deletion and are not linked to an active user account.
